I started out as a Hardware R&D Intern, designing and building my first ever commercial product at the age of 23, which was presented at the CES 2018 show and was the pilot version of the product that won the CES Innovation Award in 2019.

I simultaneously worked on my master's degree project - a smart cane for Parkinson's Disease patients, which won the National Runner Up for the Singapore chapter of the James Dyson Award in 2018.

I then got my first full-time job as a Hardware Engineer for all of 2 weeks before getting promoted to a Hardware Product Manager and Manufacturing Lead of a product that eventually won the 2019 Most Innovative Technology Product at the JPMA Awards for baby products and then got approved by the WHO as a groundbreaking healthcare innovation.

I now work as an Associate Product Manager with a focus on UX. While my previous experience was in hardware products, I have expanded my field to software products through the lens of user experience and user empathy.

I have worked on improving my skills through UX side projects, and the mentorship of highly accomplished product managers from the top IT companies.

I completed a 6-month Product Management certification from the Institute of Product Leadership in 2024. The certificate includes 6 courses that help one become a Full Stack Product Manager via multiple capstone projects and assignments.

I have also completed certifications in Scrum, Project Management, UX Design, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Offline Sales, Generative AI and a variety of self-study courses.
